Co-FounderLance is a DJ, creative strategist, and event curator with a deep love for music, culture, and connection. A proud husband and father of two, Lance brings soulful energy to every project - from spinning on radio, Charlotte Hornets games, live sets to building culture forward events like the Hillman Day Party and RnBrew. With a background in military service and digital media, his work bridges generations, genres, and communities.
