These Terms & Conditions and Event Media Release (“Terms”) apply to your use of the RnBrew website, ticketing pages, events, promotions, content, communications, and related services operated by RnBrew LLC (“RnBrew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By visiting our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, joining our email or SMS list, attending an RnBrew event, or participating in an RnBrew promotion, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RnBrew

RnBrew is a curated event experience where coffee, cocktails, music, and community come together. Our events may include DJs, live music, vendors, sponsors, food, beverages, photography, video, brand activations, and other entertainment or lifestyle experiences.

2. Ticket Purchases

Tickets may be sold through third-party platforms, including Posh, or other ticketing partners.By purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all ticketing rules, event rules, venue rules, and these Terms.A ticket grants you a limited, revocable license to attend the specific event listed on the ticket. Tickets do not grant ownership rights, guaranteed seating, guaranteed entry after capacity limits are reached, or any rights beyond admission subject to these Terms.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Postponements

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, all ticket sales are final. RnBrew may, at its discretion, offer refunds, credits, transfers, or other remedies when an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.RnBrew reserves the right to change event details, including date, time, venue, performers, DJs, vendors, sponsors, production elements, layout, capacity, entry procedures, or programming.Weather, travel delays, personal schedule conflicts, failure to attend, denial of entry for failure to follow rules, or removal from an event may not qualify for a refund.

4. Event Entry

Entry is subject to ticket validity, capacity, security screening, venue rules, age restrictions, dress code if applicable, and compliance with these Terms.RnBrew and the venue reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest for any reason allowed by law, including but not limited to:Disorderly, unsafe, threatening, or disruptive behaviorHarassment, discrimination, violence, or intimidationPublic intoxication or impairmentPossession of prohibited itemsViolation of venue rules or event policiesAttempted ticket fraud, duplication, resale abuse, or unauthorized entryFailure to provide valid ID when requiredNo refund is owed if you are denied entry or removed for violating these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law.

5. Age Requirements and Identification

Some RnBrew events may be 21+ or may include alcohol service or other age-restricted products.You are responsible for reviewing the event listing before purchasing a ticket. If ID is required, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide required ID may result in denied entry without refund.Alcohol and any age-restricted products are subject to applicable laws, venue rules, and ID verification.

6. Guest Conduct

RnBrew is built around community, music, joy, and respect. Guests are expected to treat staff, vendors, performers, sponsors, venue teams, and other guests with respect.Harassment, discrimination, unwanted touching, aggressive behavior, threats, violence, hate speech, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.RnBrew may remove any guest whose behavior interferes with the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

7. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

By attending an RnBrew event, you understand that public events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to crowds, loud music, lighting effects, weather, food and beverage consumption, alcohol consumption, physical movement, and interactions with other guests.You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an event. You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, venue policies, and applicable laws.If you feel unsafe or need assistance during an event, please notify RnBrew staff, venue staff, or security immediately.

8. Alcohol, Food, and Beverage

Alcohol service, food service, coffee service, and other beverage offerings may be provided by venues, vendors, sponsors, or third-party partners.RnBrew is not responsible for individual reactions, allergies, dietary restrictions, intoxication, or consumption decisions. Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation.Outside food or beverages may be prohibited depending on venue rules.

10. Prohibited Items

Prohibited items may vary by venue and event. RnBrew and the venue may prohibit items including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, disruptive noisemakers, unauthorized vending materials, professional recording equipment without approval, or any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.Guests may be subject to bag checks, screening, or other security procedures.

11. Event Photography, Video, and Audio Release

RnBrew events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by RnBrew, our production team, venues, sponsors, media partners, photographers, videographers, guests, or other approved parties.By entering, attending, or remaining at an RnBrew event, you grant RnBrew LLC and its affiliates, contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, sponsors, media partners, and licensees the right to photograph, film, record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use your name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in connection with RnBrew.This use may include, but is not limited to:Social media postsEvent recapsAdvertisingWebsite contentEmail marketingPress and publicitySponsor materialsPaid digital adsPromotional videosArchival and editorial useFuture event promotionYou understand that RnBrew may use this media without additional notice, approval, or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.If you have a concern about a specific photo or video, you may contact us at info@rnbrewlive.com. RnBrew may review the request but is not required to remove media unless required by law.

12. Guest-Created Content

If you tag RnBrew, mention RnBrew, submit content to us, or otherwise share photos, videos, captions, testimonials, or other content related to RnBrew, you grant us permission to repost, share, display, and use that content for promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, and event recap purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit or tag us in, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

13. Intellectual Property

The RnBrew name, logo, brand identity, event concepts, copy, website content, graphics, photos, videos, marketing materials, and other creative assets are owned by RnBrew LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from RnBrew content without written permission.

14. Sponsors, Vendors, and Third-Party Partners

RnBrew events may include sponsors, vendors, performers, venues, ticketing platforms, payment processors, photographers, videographers, food and beverage partners, and other third parties.RnBrew is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, policies, or statements of third-party partners. Your interactions with third parties may be subject to their own terms, policies, and practices.

You agree not to misuse the RnBrew website or digital platforms.
